    Experimental Purpose
    1. To understand the basic principles of ultrasonic cell disruption
    2. To master the basic techniques of ultrasonic cell disruption

    Experimental Principle
When strong ultrasound waves act on a solution, the cavitation phenomenon of bubble generation, growth, and rupture is involved, and the shock wave and shear force caused by the cavitation phenomenon can cause cell lysis.
    Materials and Reagents
10ml of bacteria, beaker, crushed ice, 75% alcohol swab.
